The Mission
Steadier is a library of hypnotherapy and meditation audios designed specifically for mothers — accessible in minutes, effective at any hour of the day or night.
Somatic therapy · Hypnotherapy · Inner child work · Conscious parenting
3am. In the car. On Tuesday afternoon when you've already snapped twice.
Not a retreat. Not a course you abandon. A companion you keep.
The Founder
I remember lying there after giving birth — monitors beeping, uncertainty filling the room. In that moment I wasn't a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist or a coach. I was just a mother, completely cracked open by the intensity of it all.
What got me through were the same tools I'd spent years using with clients — hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, subconscious reconditioning. I had guided hundreds of women through their biggest emotional challenges. And yet nothing prepares you for the raw, particular weight of becoming a mother.
"That experience became the spark for Steadier — a place for mothers to reconnect with themselves, soften the inner noise, and find their way back to calm."
My daughter is now a very spicy four-year-old — and as she's grown, so has Steadier. We're now over 1,000 members strong and growing every day. The inspiration behind every session comes from three places: the daily, beautiful chaos of real parenthood, time spent outside in nature (which has always been my most reliable reset), and years of sitting with clients through their heaviest moments and biggest breakthroughs.
As a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist specialising in trauma recovery and perinatal mental health, I know what it takes to create change that actually sticks — not just on a good day, but on the hard ones. That's what this is built on.
Why It Exists
Most meditation apps are generic — not trauma-aware, not mother-specific. Parenting courses teach strategies but never touch the nervous system behind the behavior. And even the best therapist isn't available at 2am after a tantrum.
Clinical hypnotherapy, somatic regulation, inner child repair and identity work — delivered in minutes, in your earphones, in your actual life. You'll love it. And so will your therapist.
"I can't turn my brain off and I'm terrified of tomorrow."
Anxious, awake, catastrophizing. Your nervous system is dysregulated, not defective. There's a track for this exact feeling.
"I became my mother and I don't know how to come back from that."
Shame after losing it. The loop of self-criticism. We don't spiral here — we regulate first, then understand why.
"I love my kids. I've also completely lost myself."
Identity erosion is real. The library holds space for this too — not just anxiety relief, but identity reclamation.
One session. Feel the difference. Your nervous system will know.
